We present here the privacy policy of El Caballo del Malo. This policy is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.

The personal data collected on this portal are either for making a purchase (with or without creating a user account) or for subscribing to the newsletter. The data provided will be used exclusively in the first case for the formalities related to the purchase (conclusion of the contract, dispatch of the products, invoicing, customs formalities or contact with the consumer if necessary) and in the second case to send newsletters (commercial communications with information on new products or events and offers). If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to process your purchase or send you the newsletters respectively.

We use service providers for our hosting (Webempresa), content management system (WordPress, including some plugins plugins such as, for example, WooCommerce for our e-commerce shop), messaging service (MailChimp) or analysis service (Universal Analytics, configured to anonymise information by removing the last octet of the IP address before storage and Google Analytics 4, which does not record or store IP addresses) which have their corresponding privacy and cookies conditions (you can consult them on their respective websites).

At El Caballo del Malo we will never give, share, transfer or sell your data to anyone and we will keep them until you ask us to delete them. You have the right to request, via the e-mail address hola@caballodelmalo.com or the telephone number 679 672 419, access to your personal data, its rectification or deletion and the limitation of its processing or opposition to it, as well as its portability. We remind you of the existence of the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal, and of the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
